Because our cookies are made by hand in small batches, shipping times may vary—especially during the holiday season.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders received before December 4th and requested to ship immediately typically ship within two business days.
- If you request a future arrival date, we schedule shipment based on estimated transit times, allowing extra time for potential delays.
Holiday Shipping
After December 5th, we enter our busiest season. While we continue to process orders as quickly as possible, handling times may be longer.
Our cut-off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 13th.
Orders placed after this date will still be shipped promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.
Important Notes
- All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather
- Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control
