You can track your order after it has been shipped. Just enter your Customer ID (the six digit number found on your brochure label) OR if you ordered over the internet you can use your 7 Digit Order Identification Number (found on your email acknowledgement). If you gave us your email address you will also be notified via email when your package is shipped and will be given a tracking number. Please keep in mind that only orders that have been shipped can be tracked. If you indicated “ship at once” we normally ship within two days of receiving your order. If you request an arrival date in the future, we ship according to the estimated time in transit. Overseas and out of the contiguous USA packages cannot be tracked on this site.
