How To Order On Our Website

IF YOU HAD AN ACCOUNT ON THE PREVIOUS WEBSITE:

Your email address and address book have been transferred to this new website but you will need to create a new password. Click here to go to the “Login” page and click the “Did you forget your password?” button. Provide your account email address and click “GENERATE NEW PASSWORD.” We will send a new temporary password to your email address.

Logging in with the temporary password takes you to your account page where you can change your password, update your contact information, and edit your address book.

 

HOW TO ORDER

Click HERE to go to our products page and choose an item.

Select the type of item (tins, tubes) from the “Select an Item” drop down menu.

Choose whether you are sending the cookies to yourself or to someone else and click “Add to Cart.” If you choose to send to someone else, you will be asked to provide a nickname for the recipient. At this point, you may also include a free gift message and choose your desired shipping speed and arrival date.

Clicking the “Check Out” button brings you to the “Login” screen.

  • If you are a returning customer, login under the “Returning Customer” heading. If you have forgotten your password (or if you had an account on the previous website but have not yet set up a password on this new website), click the “Did you forget your password?” button. Provide your account email address and click “GENERATE NEW PASSWORD.” We will send a new temporary password to your email address.
  • If you are a first-time customer, click below the “New Customer” heading and provide your contact information on the next screen. If you wish to create an account to store your order history and address book, please include a password. If not, click “Submit Securely” and proceed to the “Shipping and Billing Info” screen.

Provide the “Ship-To” and “Bill-To” information. If you are logged in to your account, you can use the “Use Address Book” button to fill in the information.

Once you have checked to make sure all of the shipping and billing information is correct, click “CONTINUE TO SECURE PAYMENT PAGE” at the bottom of the page.

On the “Review, Pay & Submit” screen, you may choose the desired shipping service and delivery date. At the bottom of the page, make sure your “Bill-To” information is correct and provide your credit card information, then click “SUBMIT ORDER.” You will receive an email confirmation of your order soon.
